This research sought to identify ways to share and store knowledge in a vocational education institution. The methodology was qualitative, an exploratory study, using case study as its method. Interviews and focus groups were conducted. The results showed that the sharing of knowledge occurs mainly through meetings. Difficulties for sharing, listed by the participants, were the absence of sectored meetings and lack of an operating manual. Storage occurs digitally, using the Structured Query Language (SQL) system and, by a physical manner, mainly with files and forms.
