The aim of this article is to present the repercussions of applying validated educational products for training teachers at a Senac unit in mindfulness meditation for classroom practice. A methodological study was conducted to validate educational products, using a convenience sample and a mixed quantitative-qualitative approach. Following the development and validation of the Medita & Ação Guide and the instructional class for teachers, mindfulness practices were incorporated by educators and used in events and training activities for both students and teachers, within and beyond Senac.
