Resumen

This article addresses theoretical concepts on Human-Computer Interaction (HCI) and discusses methods of improving the presence of organizations in the World Wide Web. The objective of this theme is to optimize the dialogue with the online customers, considering their goals, necessities and tasks as well as their previous experience with computers.
