The International ILO Conferences have played (and continue to play) an important and differentiated role in the construction of agent networks and in the dissemination of proposals, not just by the content of its resolutions, but by the specific dynamics of its composition and operation. Therefore, the porpose of this article is to analyse the ILO’s activities in the definition of technical-professional teaching models and the influence in the process of institutionalizing professional education through the ILO’s recommendations in 1939 about this subject.Downloads
