O treinamento de instrutores para a formação profissional

This article addresses the issue of methodological training for instructors in professional institutes and reports the experience carried out by the Brazilian organization SENAR (National Rural Learning System). At first, training is focused as an element that boosts organizations development, and is seen both as a ‘system’ and as a ‘technology’. Then, a short history of the role of professional training and a description of the ideal context for pedagogical and methodological training for instructors, according to the modern professional education precepts, are presented. The paper ends ilustrating the SENAR´s methodological training for instructors which shows that a good quality professional education is possible.Downloads
