La formación profesional en América Latina y el Caribe posee rasgos característicos y originales que la hacen diferente de lo que pueda suceder en esta área en otras partes del mundo. Actualmente nuestra región es, en materia de formación, una incubadora de experiencias innovadoras en metodologías, arreglos organizativos, esquemas de financiamiento, y alianzas estratégicas entre actores. Este artículo se propone describir el panorama actual de la formación profesional en la región a partir del análisis de sus tres dimensiones más relevantes: la dimensión laboral, tecnológica y educativa.Downloads
