Este artigo examina questões epistemológicas à luz dos saberes no trabalho. Utiliza narrativas de casos acontecidos com trabalhadores experientes e faz referência a estudos sobre a natureza do saber técnico. Analisa o status epistemológico da técnica, recorrendo à proposta de Ryle, e a aprendizagem situada, com base nas investigações de Lave e Wenger. Na conclusão, sugere que o ensino técnico deve olhar com interesse para os saberes que se estruturam no interior das atividades produtivas e nos modos de aprender em comunidades de prática.Downloads
