Educação a distância: regulamentação e realização
Keywords:
Distante education; Education law; BrasilAbstract
Since 1996, the Brazilian National Education Law recognizes distance education at all levels and modalities. To regulate distance education a number of official documents (Presidential decree, Education Ministry and National Council of Education acts) were published. Their basic issues are: official recognition of institutions and courses, as well as evaluation systems, certificate and diploma validity. To know the rules is very important, but not enough. We must establish their relation to Society Pedagogical Project, and so to search always socially significant quality. Projects of distance education need supervision and evaluation in order to create criteria for better rules, of course, but also, and much more important, to reach real and significant quality.Downloads
